After acceptance and verification of the details of the beneficiary of the Chief Minister’s Family Beneficiary Scheme, entry is made on the e-Suvidha portal by the Block Development Officer. According to the requirement, in a binding situation, entry can be made on the e Suvidha portal from the district level also after obtaining the verification hard copy from the Block Development Officer.
Before uploading the accepted applications in the portal, it will be necessary to compulsorily see the passbook of the bank account of the beneficiary and satisfy that the beneficiary has his bank account and IFS code in the name of the beneficiary. or not and his name is matched with the letter from the name in his bank account. Two options are available for payment under the Chief Minister’s Family Benefit Scheme. Under the first option, the details of the eligible beneficiary from the block will be entered on e Suvidha along with the bank account details along with the acceptance order and will be locked and digitally signed through Assistant Director District Social Security Cell for payment from Assistant Director District Social Security Cell. E Suvidha Mukhyamantri Pariwar Labh Yojana
After making payment to the beneficiary under the second option, if the Block Development Officer demands reimbursement. Even then, in the light of the list received for payment from the Assistant Director District Social Security Cell through e Suvidha, the payment file will be prepared competently, which will be digitally signed by the authorized officials through the host-to-host process through server-to-server integration. Under this, the prescribed amount will be transferred to the bank from the parent’s account to the child’s account and from the child’s account to the block development officer’s bank account.
Chief Minister Divyangjan Marriage Incentive Grant Scheme and Chief Minister Inter-caste Marriage Promotion Scheme
After acceptance and verification of details to the beneficiary of Chief Minister Divyangjan Marriage Incentive Grant Scheme and Chief Minister Inter-caste Marriage Incentive Scheme, the Assistant Director District Social Security Cell will be done on the e-facilitation portal by the schemes included under Chief Minister’s Marriage Incentive Grant Scheme like Chief Minister’s Divyang Marriage Incentive Grant. Under the scheme and Chief Minister Inter-caste Marriage Promotion Scheme e Suvidha For the Block and Digital Signature beneficiary, the required amount will be credited in the account from the parent account of the bank, after that the lock-in period of 3 years in the name of financial benefit on the basis of the request received from the Assistant Director, District Social Security Cell and on the basis of bank advice. The bank will make it available to the beneficiary by preparing a fixed deposit for the amount. After maturity, the total amount along with interest will be available to the beneficiary on demand draft pay/order or in the savings account of the concerned bank.
